- He presented tax returns to HMRC in the name of X, without their authorisation on or around the following dates:

- 25 July 2023
- He filed accounts to Companies House in the name of X, without authorisation on or around the following dates:
- 04 August 2020
- 21 November 2021
- To the financial detriment of X, he failed to adequately respond to one or more requests for information from another firm of accounts in respect of the former client.
Finding
By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Tendayi Goneso is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
Order
Tendayi Goneso is hereby:
- Expelled from AAT for a period of three years.
Consent
Tendayi Goneso has agreed to submit to the decision of the Investigations Team in accordance with Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
