Karolina Suligowska was found to have possessed and used unauthorised materials during her AAT Business Awareness assessment on 03 February 2024.
Finding
By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Karolina Suligowska is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
Order
The Investigation Team orders that Karolina Suligowska be:
- Fined £500.00.
- Reprimanded for a period of two years.
- Warned that any future misconduct of this nature is likely to result in the imposition of a higher sanction, up to and possibly including expulsion from membership of AAT.
Consent
The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
