2. Between on or around 01 April 2018 to 14 June 2024, he provided self-employed accountancy or related services to the public without being registered with an Anti-Money Laundering supervisory authority.
Finding
Grounds for disciplinary action existed and the matter was suitable for exercise of the Investigations team's powers under the Disciplinary Regulations.
Order
Kandiah Jeyakumar is hereby:
1. Fined £4279
2. Reprimanded for a period of 36 months
3. Removed of fellow membership status for a period of 5 years
Consent
Kandiah Jeyakumar is deemed to have agreed to submit to the decision of the Investigations Team in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
