- On or around 24 November 2021 he was convicted of a criminal offence at North Gloucestershire Magistrates’ Court.
- He failed to notify AAT of a criminal conviction within 30 days of the conviction, in contravention of AAT’s Criminal Convictions policy.
Finding
Grounds for disciplinary action existed and the matter was suitable for exercise of the Investigations Team's powers under the Disciplinary Regulations.
Order
- Reprimanded, with the reprimand to remain live on his record for a period of two years/24 months.
- Warned that he must take appropriate steps to ensure that he complies with AAT’s Criminal Convictions Policy and that any future failure to disclose a conviction to AAT within the required timescale is likely to result in the imposition of a higher disciplinary sanction.
