We seek an experienced and passionate Practice Accountant to join our growing team. Who you are: 

· MUST be a qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent) 

· MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in practice or industry 

· Strong attention to detail 

· Proficient in Excel 

· FreeAgent, Xero & Quickbooks experience desirable 

· MUST live in the UK 

· Self-starter with strong initiative 


What You'll Do: 

· Accounts preparation and finalisation for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and partnerships 

· Training and supervising less senior staff and reviewing their work 

· Corporate, Personal and Partnership Tax Computations and Returns 

· Completing CPD requirements 

· Completing Money Laundering and GDPR requirements 

· Undertake any other duties, as requested 

· Dealing with HMRC

A small community association is looking for a freelance bookkeeper to support them with record keeping. We estimate the work to take 7-10h per month. Some in-person contact would be appreciated (monthly or bi-monthly), but most of the work will be carried out remotely.
