Results of the Council election and Annual General Meeting 2020

At the Association’s Annual General Meeting held on 18 September 2020 Members approved two resolutions:
- To re-appoint RSM UK Audit LLP as auditors; and
- To amend the Articles of Association to enable the Association to hold general meetings in hybrid forms.
The results of the Council election are as follows:
- Ernest Badasu MAAT, Georgia Duffee FMAAT, Andrew Murray MAAT and Rita Patel FMAAT were elected for a three year term
- Wayne Cook FMAAT and Ajay Prabhakar FMAAT for a two year term.
David Frederick FMAAT was installed as President for 2020-21 and Heather Hill FMAAT installed as Vice President.
