AAT appoints Greg Ferrari as new Executive Director of Performance and Transformation

AAT has appointed Greg Ferrari as its Executive Director of Performance and Transformation in a move that completes the Executive Leadership Team under CEO Sarah Beale. 

Ferrari will lead AAT’s finance, IT, project management, and people teams.

Ferrari joins AAT with a substantial record of positive impact from previous roles in both the qualifications and membership body sectors. 

Coming from charity Advance HE, where he served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Transformation Officer, Greg played a key role in modernising IT systems and embedding industry-leading processes for financial and strategic planning. 

His experience includes leadership roles at Pearson, where he established a network of multilingual support teams across four continents, supporting Pearson’s more than three million customer contacts and £1.5bn in annual turnover. 

On his appointment as AAT’s new Executive Director of Performance and Transformation, Greg Ferrari said:
